Battling while keeping the elbows bent at a 90-degree angle is the signature exercise of the H.I.R.T.S. *Battler. The ability to train with a partner makes this tool very useful and fun. In our Suples training, we mostly use the H.I.R.T.S. *Battler for our intense interval workouts. By using the strap handles at the end of each band, you can work muscle target training for the upper and lower body.
